UrusFamily is completely free during the launch period, with no card details and no ads. After that, one family subscription costs RM 9.90 a month or RM 79 a year and covers every member in one household. Billing and cancellation go through Google Play.

Questions about price and billing
What does UrusFamily cost right now?
Nothing. During the launch period every function is open for the whole family and we do not ask for card details.
What will it cost after launch?
RM 9.90 a month or RM 79 a year for one family, not one payment per member. That price will be confirmed again before subscriptions open.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. The free period does not roll into a paid subscription by itself. You have to choose to subscribe inside the app.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in Google Play, under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and your family keeps read access to the data.
What about refunds?
Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under their policy. If something goes wrong with billing, email hello@urusfamily.com and we will help you deal with the store.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your family data is not deleted because a subscription ended. You can still read and export it, and paid functions pause until you subscribe again.
Are there in-app purchases for kids?
None. The kids' wallet only records real money that you handle yourself. There are no payments, no points to buy and no ads.
How many family members are allowed?
There is no member limit during launch. One subscription covers the whole family in one household.
